Hi All! I work in tech full time and am an investor hobbyist but looking to flip that ratio in the reverse direction :). I'm new to SW Florida and focusing here and in Tampa/St Petersburg on single family buy and hold for now! Let me know if you are working on anything interesting and want to partner.

SW Fl is a great place to live and invest. No state taxes, great weather, relatively low crime, etc make this place the paradise people say it is.
