Tips and advice for starting out in real estate after military

Zeke Sanchez
Posted

Good afternoon! My name is Zeke Sanchez, I'm 22 yrs old and currently serve in the United States Marine Corps. I will be getting out and moving back to Texas (DFW area) in November 2022. I am looking for my next step in my career and would greatly appreciate some tips, advice and who to talk to show me the ropes in real estate investing. I have already dipped my toe in research/ education in real estate and would love to know more! Thank you in advance and have good one!

@Zeke Sanchez

Have you heard of the SkillBridge program? I'm in the Navy and I am about to start a SkillBridge with Keller Williams in Honolulu, 6 months prior to my EAOS. I would recommend looking into that, there are SO many things you can do in real estate and this program allows you to completely immerse yourself while still having the cushion of the military pay. You can find out if it's right for you or not and move from there.

Let me know if you have any specific questions about it!
