Fixed Lending Options inside of Entity

Hi! I'm interested in buying a rental property inside of an entity, LLC using a fixed rate loan, ideally 30 year term. What is the best route to go here? All I’ve been hearing is we have to use an adjustable rate inside of an entity. Thanks!
