Anyone investing in Columbus, GA?  I'm close to purchasing a 1400 sqft ranch near Forest Hills to flip.  Will need floors, new hvac, paint and cosmetics.  Anyone have contractors to recommend?  Any tips about the area?  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
