Bought Legal 4plex in Saskatoon. Locals, I would love to connect!

Hello everyone, I am long distance investor from Vancouver, BC. Just bought a legal 4plex (2x 3 bd+1bth and 2x 2bd + 1 den + 1 bth) in Saskatoon, good location in the west side of the city. I am happy with the deal overall; however, since legal 4plexes are rare I bought it at appraised value. Property is in good condition overall so no potential for forced appreciation.

Currently looking for a property management company, so far I am deciding between Real Property Management and ICR. Has anyone had any experience working with these companies?

I would love to connect with local investors in Saskatoon!
