My name is Nina Hernandez and I am new to the Bigger Pockets Community. I have been listening to the podcast for about 6 months now and I am very motivated to start investing. I will start with the BRRRR strategy and possibly house hack if I find a home in a nice, safe area for my family. My short term goal is to buy two SFR within a year for my daughters who are 5 and 3 years young. When I heard Brandon say he did that for his daughter, I immediately said to myself that's what I am going to do next. I am located in Ventura, California.
