Investment in properties in the Philippines

Hello everyone!
This is my first post. I was searching for great social networking sites about RE and I was so glad I found BP! :)

I work as a chef in one of the luxury resorts in the Orange County in Southern California but I am also a property consultant under the Century Properties in the Philippines. Having based here in the United States, it is important for me to network with local and international investors. I wanted to open up my own restaurant business and hopefully being in the RE will provide me more cash flow for my business' capital and to invest in my second and more properties.
