Prepping for 2nd Rental Property- New Investor

BP Forum,

I need some advice...I am in the Spring/Woodlands area and would like to jump into my 2nd rental but I am unsure if its the right time due to the housing market. I don’t have the 20% down yet, but have other avenues of income.

Also looking for a join a group to network in the area.

Your feedback/recommendations are greatly appreciated.
