Hi everyone,
My name is Sabir and I am a real estate attorney here in NJ.

I've been reading the BP forums for quite a bit and my respect for the knowledge here on BP keeps increasing everyday. I love the mechanics of REI and dealing with people (a cliche I know). I am stuck in the office so much that I really envy people who work with their hands and get to be outside. It is absolutely amazing how different the real world of RE than what they teach you in law school.

My goal is to have around 5 paid off rentals for retirement. Hopefully I can contribute as much to BP as I've received.

Lastly, is there a local Central NJ BP group that I can connect with?
