Bigger Pockets Pro worth it?

I've been a Bigger Pockets Pro member for the past year. Is the $320 yearly fee actually worth it? Most of the information can be found in any of the Bigger Pocket books or on their YouTube channels. What are your reasons for subscribing every year? Is there something I'm missing from the website that I'm not taking a vantage of by being a member?
