Palm Beach County HELOC recommendation

Casey Abbasi
Posted

I'm a newer investor with 2 multi family properties under my belt and looking to add a 3rd. I have an offer accepted on a 4plex in Lake Worth, FL and considering pulling equity (by HELOC) out of one of my rental properties in Boynton Beach, FL to help with the down payment. Does anyone have recommendations on great local banks of Palm Beach County for HELOC? I'm ready to jump on this right away because closing day will be here before I know it.
