New Member from Austin, Texas -- And excited about Real Estate

Hello everyone,

My name is Diego and I recently moved to Austin, Texas. I am a recent grad from Florida State and just got a job here in Austin as a software developer / web designer for General Motors. I have always been interested in Real Estate because it is a great way to create passive income with rental properties.

I am 22 years old but with my new salary I am ready to save as much as possible and look forward to buying my first property next year, probably January.

In addition, I am into personal growth and always reading books on building wealth.

I have been checking out the forums and the blog posts and they are awesome! I have also listen to nearly all the BP podcasts.

Can't wait to learn from all of you!

Continued success,

Diego
