Hello! I'm a new member and new to real-estate in general, I am from Cedar City UT, I have a house with mortgage and my wife also has a house with mortgage that we plan to rent out and eventually move and rent out both. We're just getting started in real estate and are excited to learn and get our toes wet. Our main goal is basically to get out of the rat race and have financial freedom to spend our time more towards ourselves and our wealth.
