Hello BP community! I am new to real estate investing and just purchased my first single-family home (4/3.5 house). I am looking to rent 2 of the rooms out and am wondering if anyone has experience in house hacking a furnished room vs. unfurnished.   Has anyone found it easier to rent a room that is not furnished?
