Hello BP ! Super happy to create my first post here,

I'm a 26 years old new investor that is looking to connect with some passionate real estate investor in Montreal, Canada. I've been reading and listening to the BP podcasts a lot last couple of months and figured out that it would be time to get some skin in the game.

Being born here in Montreal and moved into different neighbourhoods throughout my early years, I've decided that it would be interesting to start networking and finding people in my area that has the same passion as me and really get started.

I'm currently looking for buy&hold, rental multifamily properties and open for different strategies such as Brrrr, house hacking and even flips (I know it's contradictory from what i've said but hey ! I would love to explore lots of strategies throughout my journey) I've visited many propreties recently and analysed even more duplex and triplex. But I don't want to get stucked in the "analysis-paralysis" so, let's connect :)

Love BP, thank you for all the usefull information and can't wait to learn from you all !

Hi Benjamin, my wife and I are real estate investors and currently own a triplex on the plateau which in we occupy 1 appartement. We are currently not actively looking but from time to time we check up on some properties, unfortunately lately in the Montreal market it’s hard to find a property that is not being sold as an speculative investment. But if you have any questions about where to look for to find a good deal and what the red flags are let me know, we acquired our triplex last year so everything is still fresh in our memory and we are still learning each day!

Greetings,

Matias
