Hello everyone!
I am very excited to have found the BiggerPockets site and look forward to meeting many of you.

I am a wife and mother and I am ready to enter to the workplace once again after being a stay-at-home mom.

Having bought a single family rental home this year (2013) in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ area, I am anxious to learn much, much more so we can be as successful as we can be in real estate investing.

I hope real estate will offer more diversification to our retirement portfolio and maybe even have cash flow replace the need for a second income.
