Hello everyone. My name is Josh and I live in the hottest real estate market in the United States in Couer d’Alene, Idaho. I’m excited about getting started on my financial freedom but i admit doing it in this market feels daunting. I have been listening tp the BP podcasts for 6-8 hours every day, starting all the way back at episode 1. Im looking forward to meeting you and sharing ideas.
