It's great to be a part of this forum. The abundance of information here is truly amazing. I hope to foster many useful relationships and join the cycle of REI's that are succeeding in this business.

My initial focus would be wholesaling, and maybe down the road, shift to buy & holds for passive income. I am very anxious to get started, and hope to post on my successful 1st deal soon.
