Hello BP Community! My name is Chris Riggins and I am relatively new to RE Investing, although I have worked at the construction end of flips for some clients, as I am a Building Contractor. I am located in Orange County, CA, I am interested in getting involved with flips and possibly rentals and am hoping to meet some great people! Any advice for a newbie would be fantastic. Thanks!!
