New to Real Estate

Hi BP, my name is Jonny Cartier and I am a student of BSc Mathematics with Economics at University College London (UCL) in London, UK.

As this is the summer before my final year, I have been working as a summer analyst for an asset manager on a rotational internship. I found myself most comfortable working for the real estate fund, focusing on international hotels, and have since developed more than an interest in real estate investment, management and valuation.

I hope to be able to learn enough that I can teach and inspire future new members however, right now, I am brand new to the industry and am keen to expand my knowledge of the real estate market.

If anyone has any questions, recommendations or lessons to share then please do not hesitate to contact me. I am always open for any discussion and look forward to becoming part of this community.

All the best,
Jonny Cartier
