New to real estate. House hacking, lending, and whole saling

Hey my name is Matt I was trying to see if I can to some people who is experienced in real estate already. I’ve been reading the bigger pockets beginner book and I think I might’ve found my strategy’s to get my foot in the water with house hacking, lending money, and whole sailing (I think). I am 29 and would love to meet with people who I can get in with and other connections.
