RE Investor / New Agent in AZ

Hey everyone -

My name is Glenn and I’ve been in Arizona for 2.5 years. I enjoy living here and I’m looking to further explore my real estate investing. I acquired and rehabbed a commercial multi-family property in California which is now cash flowing generously enough to escape the rat race. I also just got officially licensed in AZ and looking to network with like minded investors like all of you & take advantage of the resources available so that I can continue to gain knowledge and jump in on more RE deals.

My game plan is to cash out some equity on my CA property for the down payment and rehab costs. I’d like to house hack and live in one of the units for a few years, move out, and repeat the process. My primary focus is in the Mesa area because I feel that pricing is still reasonable on multi-family units.

My goal is to sign up with a brokerage where I can re-start my RE career and also work with other successful experienced agent/ investors. Anyone have any suggestions on where to start?

I appreciate everyones time and look forward to hearing from you all soon. Cheers!
