Newbies Looking To Invest In Binghamton NY Area

Hi Everyone!

My SO and I are newbies planning on investing in a multifamily property in Binghamton NY. We have a good idea of the area and have money saved for 20% down on the properties we're looking at. Can anyone recommend an agent in this area comfortable working with first time investors? Any other advise is apricated as well! Thank you!!!
