Hello everyone! I am brand new to real estate minus buying my first home 20 years ago in NJ, foreclosing on said home and buying land in WV on which I've built my own off grid home from the ground up. 

I've been interested in real estate investing for some time but, until now, haven't actually taken the step toward educating myself. I'm hear to learn and hopefully network along the way. I'm excited to get started.
