Investing After College Graduation
Hi, my name is Janine. I have started learning about investing in real estate and I'm excited to meet new people through biggerpockets. I graduate college in a year and then plan to live in Dallas, Texas, which is where I grew up. I plan to buy a duplex/ triplex and live in one side of it. My question is: should I use my future income for a down payment right way or should I pay off my student loans first?

Many people would say to use the income from your duplex to pay down your student loans given how cheap you can borrow money nowadays. However, this is a question that depends on many factors: how much do you owe, how comfortable are you with debt, etc. etc.
