Hello from Nashville

I finally posted my first deal analysis, so I thought I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Conrad and I live in Nashville, TN. Since December I have listened to each podcast, bought the books, and made some really nerdy spreadsheets (I'm a Finance Controller by trade).

Analysis paralysis will be my biggest hurdle, but I'm ready to make the push forward. I flipped houses my first year out of college for another investor, but have spent the last 7 years in the Corporate world.

Long term plan is to buy and hold for the passive income which will be funded by my current job and hopefully a few flips.
