Hey Everyone;

I have been lurking for such a long time. Most of what I have read on Bigger Pockets have been the best info I have ever heard gotten and worth more than what any "guru" can ever say.

So, how can I just take (info, tips, etc) and not give. So I will begin posting; hopefully we will engage in some really good conversations and share great ideas and info.

I am located in New Jersey. Wholesale real estate but not only in New Jersey do we invest but Philadelphia and various places throughout the country. Hopefully this is just a beginning to endless possibilities.
