Hi Folks,

I just joined the community. I have been investing in real estate since 2003. I currently own 7 properties in full in 3 states and also own TIC interests in 3 more properties,

some I'm actually interested in selling for a 1031 (while they are not yet taxed by Biden). I look forward to connecting to likeminded investors.
