Newbie investor moving to Holland, Michigan in July 2021

Good morning all. I'm Mark! A US citizen currently living and working in Germany. After 3 years of living overseas, I will be returning to the states in July and settling down in the Holland, MI area. My primary goals are to become a certified/licensed Home Inspector and start my own business, leveraging what I learn and earn from the business to fund future real estate deals. My hope is connect with like minded people in the surrounding area to learn as much possible about what Michigan has to offer and more importantly what value I can bring to Michigan.
