Retiring at age 65 and purchasing a home
I am age 65 and would like to retire. I have very little savings but excellent credit. I am looking to buy a home and have a tenant to help pay the mortgage. The only other debt I have is my car note. If I can pay my expenses with social security income and medicare, would you recommend giving it a go?
