Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself on here. Currently in Albuquerque NM. I am a Police Officer looking to change careers (obvious reasons haha). I want to begin by becoming a real estate investor. I plan on starting off by investing in a small rental property, 100K to 150K range. Anywho, just wanted to say hayyy!
