Small Multi family investment in Charlotte NC area

Hello every one, this is my first post in bigger pockets. Bigger pockets has been extremely helpful community and very excited to connect with many through this awesome platform.

I bought my first single family in Georgia last year in class A neighbor hood and its been good so far. Now, inspired by reading many many posts and listening to web casts in biggerpockets, I want get my foot wet into a buy and hold small multi-family homes. I have decided to go with out skirts of Charlotte area. I decided the Charlotte based on population growth, good sized economy, good rental market, affordable home prices and future forecasts. Felt it's a great place for decent cash flow and good appreciation, would like to hear others thoughts and other places like this. I have been observing MLS deals for the past month and market seems to be so competitive.

I would like to connect with people in Charlotte area to get tips and inputs and get this started. So far, I talked to a realtor and a prop management company, but I am looking for a rockstar realtor with more experience in multi family homes/investors who could make my first multi family purchase a great experience, please ping me if you would be interested.
