Hi everyone, thought I'd take a minute to introduce myself on here. My husband Mark and I are newbies in the real estate game, we just bought our first house back in February 2020 in Jupiter, Florida. We spend the Fall/Winters in South Florida and the Spring/Summers in Saratoga Springs, New York. We are looking to invest in rental properties in both locations.
