Hey guys, I am from Michigan  on the East side and want to start this whole new life of investment and rental property. I have done a lot of BST (buy, sell, trade) and ready to step it up with rental houses. I want to say thank you to the bigger pocket form for both the Spotify and online data to really set up my knowledge toward starting this business. Any tips let me know.
