My name is Nicole (Niki) Oudenaarden and I am new to the Bigger Pockets forums, but have been an active podcast listener over the last 2.5 years. I have been a full-time athlete competing for Team Canada over the last 9 years and obtained a BSc of Kinesiology along the way. With a cousin deeply rooted in Real Estate and my parents building their retirement fund via flipping housing, I have been fortunate to learn first hand how beneficial real estate truly is. 

My Husband and I recently moved back to his home town, Kelowna B.C., as it appears our pathways have changed and the Olympics may no longer be a feasible goal. With our move, I pursued the Real Estate training and am certified in B.C. and my husband is currently completing his Home Inspection course so that we can create our own team and be as knowledgeable as possible. 

We are both extremely excited to learn as much as possible and have a desire to engage and participate as we grow in both our personal real estate goals and as we help other's find and purchase their properties, homes, and freedoms.
