New Member Investing in the Springfield, MA Multifamily Market

Michael Bih
Posted

Hi all,

Wanted to drop in and introduce myself.

My name is Michael, and I am a mobile gaming product manager looking to invest in the Springfield, MA multifamily market as I'm priced out of Boston where I live. I've been interested in investing in real estate since college (read and listened to all the BP books and podcasts) and finally have the income and savings to pull the trigger, and I'm in the process of finding that first deal. As I did several internships in equity research, I'm fluent in finance and accounting, so building fancy xlsx models to analyze properties is one of my strengths.

Looking forward to networking with RE agents, property managers, lenders, GCs, and anyone else in the Springfield market!

Best,

Michael
