Hi Everyone!

I want to introduce myself. I've been a memeber/lurker for sometime. I used to listen to all the BiggerPockets podcast while commuting to my job in  Hollywood for many years. I also own most of the books. I knew I wanted to work with real esate and after having a great experience with a lender, I decided to become one! I love my job and I hope to help you guys out with your purchases and refinances! I'm located in Covina, CA.
