Hello, everyone! I hope all is well.

My name is Eric Bentley and as the title says, I'm a new investor here in McDonough, GA. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets Podcast for a couple years now and I've finally decided to jump in and start my real estate investing journey. I'm excited about what's ahead!
