Hey everyone, I'm new here to Bigger Pockets and REI, I thought I would take a quick minute to introduce myself instead of lurking around on these forums for the rest of time.

My name is Jimmy Sarace. I live in Arvada Colorado, near Denver. Shortly after my spark of interest in REI, like many of you, I picked up "rich dad poor dad". It flipped my whole world and the way that I view my financial life upside down. Shortly after, I found the bp community. I've been gobbling up every book, podcast and blog post that I possibly can on the subject of REI. The more I learn, the more excited I get about taking new steps to become a financially free real estate investor like many of you.

I have set some short term goals of learning the "language", networking, finding and bringing value to a possible mentor and being ready (maybe not "ready"). We'll say, less terrified and a little more confident) to purchase my first deal.

In the (hopefully not so) long term, raising more of my own capital through fix and flips and wholesales.

In the "a little bit longer term" I am interested in acquiring small multi families to buy and hold using the brrrr method. Honestly though, I'm finding all avenues of REI to be attractive.

I want to thank you all for of the information that you've given me so far. It seems that, any time I have a question, I can easily find my answer in these forums.

Also, thanks a ton to @Joshua Dorkin, @Scott Trench, @Brandon Turner, @Mindy Jensen and the rest of the team at bigger pockets for building such powerful and friendly tools that make diving into an overwhelming and intimidating world fun and seemingly "easy"! 🤙🏼

I look forward to meeting some of you all and hopefully doing some deals with you in the future. :)
