Howdy, I am Jeff Walters and I have just recently started looking to explore the art of real estate investing, and I am open to any and all advice to help a newbie get started. I am a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Texas and Oklahoma. Being an appraiser helps me a ton on being able to analyze deals and market trends with my access to MLS databases and appraising properties all around the state. I am looking for help with all the creative ways to finance deals, any suggestions on books or other information sources would be awesome! Please feel free to reach out and ask me anything!
