House Hack in Kansas City: Needing a Rockstar Agent & Lender

Hi All,

My name is Jesse, I am relatively new here to the community.This will be my first post. I live in the Kansas City Metro Area (North KC) I recently bought my first live and flip last year in this crazy market. It's in a high rental townhome community. I have decided keep it as a rental as such and I am now on the search for my first house hack. Ideally I'd like to find a Duplex on the Kansas Side or North KC side, live in one side, rent out the side. I am at the beginning of this search and thought what a better place to start by connecting with this Bigger Pockets community. I am looking to connect with investor friendly real estate agents and lenders that have experience with working with clients with the same goals as mine.
