Hello everyone. My name is Steven Bang. I just recently moved to the Layton UT area from Germany where I have spent the last 4 years serving in the US Army. My wife and I have recently decided that we want to commit our lives to achieve financial freedom. We want the freedom to pursue our passions while having the peace of mind that our family will be taken care of.   After about a year of research and putting money into the stock market, we decided that real estate is the best way to achieving our financial freedom. At the moment we are looking for any type of real estate that will have positive cash flow. As we are just starting out we aren't looking for a Grandslam, but something to get our foot in the door and get some experience in buying real estate.
