My name is Tavi Perttula. I'm a licensed Landscape Architect and father of three. I've been working in the design, construction, and development field for 12 years and I'm looking to take on more of a developer's role.
I'm open to small scale flips as well as multi-unit ground up projects.

Its been some time since I've been involved on the BP site but I'm trying to get back into the swing. Since I joined last year I've been successful in getting a small lot development project in the works in Venice. I have also been submitting offers on properties to flip but the competition locally has been fierce.

I'd love the opportunity to discuss some of your tactics for out of state investment over coffee some time.
