Hey - Tyson Cross here from San Rafael. I found this site through a google search on some specific investing questions and I'm so glad I did. I've been working in commercial property management for the past year and half and am putting my business plan together to start investing with small multi-family at the end of this year. So far, I am looking at possibly Las Vegas, Houston or Memphis to start since my area is so tough. Any thoughts?

I am excited to get involved on this site and looking for all the advice/help I can get. Cheers!

Thanks Mehran Kamari - I agree having the PM knowledge is a great base from which to work from. Now, I just need to get started as far away from my market as possible! HA
