Hello! Newbie just getting started in real estate investing but already getting thrown into the deep end. I bought into an LLC (one combined industrial and commercial property) to help a family member exit and am now in charge of figuring out how to grow its value. I work in marketing in tech but am now spending most my waking hours trying to learn about real estate investing and development. My goal for next 6 months is to lock a 5 year plan for this property (renovate and rent? redevelop?). More long term I would like to build a portfolio of residential multi-units in and out of state!
