Hi,

Just wanted to introduce myself. My family and I live in San Antonio, TX and are looking to really start building our real estate portfolio via house hacking a small multi-unit here. We're looking forward to meeting others in our community and beyond who are traveling this road as well.

I think you have a look at the last 8 weeks of guidance I've given out there, read up on that and then those will give you direction as to where to go. Most of our buyers pay 12% and 3.75 points to a lender. If you have money to invest, start first by lending and then learn how the guys that are pros, lend to someone who's a pro, don't lend to someone who is a newbie, lend your money to someone who's a pro that has a solid track record, and I can refer you to those people, and then make your money by watching someone else do it. After you learn from them how they do it, then you can jump into the world of flipping your own homes.
