Jumping Into a New Pond

Ryan Marquez
Posted

Hey everyone!

I primarily invest and prospect in San Francisco, Oakland, Peninsula, and South Bay. However, I am looking to branch out in to the Sacramento market to explore some friendlier, more refreshing price points and potentially acquire my first BRRRR! Any chance someone out there can refer me to some reliable, investor friendly contractors, agents and/or wholesalers that I can connect with to get my feet wet in a new market? Much appreciated!

@Ryan Marquez I am local in Sacramento and have experience both selling and managing properties in the area. Happy to share some tips I've found work well.
