CSRA (GA/SC) Partnership

Hello BP,

My partner and I have been lurking on BP for quite some time. We individually own a few units in the CSRA and have decided to test the waters of a partnership. Our plan is to form an LLC and buy 1-2 SFH rental units by the end of 2021 and, assuming all goes well, another 1-3 per year there after and/or Multi-family.

Is it smart to use the same LLC for investing in both SC and GA or should we create separate LLCs for each? We are both currently residing out of state but have connections back to both states.

Any other tips for investing in the area would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks much!

DZ
