Hello, My name is Aaron Rodriguez I am 22 years old and I am currently an apprentice electrician, my wife and I purchased our first home in September 2020 in Arnold, Maryland. I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for a few months now, reading books on real estate but have stopped and want to get into it before I get stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. Looking to get started in wholesaling and flipping houses to get some capitol, the end goal is to become a buy and hold investor.
