Newbie- multi family properties outside of Boston
Hi all. I'm a new investor looking to buy my first multi family property outside of Boston. My goal is to live in one unit and rent out the others but I would like to make a ROI on my rent now to buy my next property soon. I am looking outside of Boston but I'm originally from Oklahoma so not very familiar with the different towns/areas as I search. Any advice/help/things to consider/check list would be much appreciated. Thank you
